Really a 'stumper' for me and I did something like that for years! Any ideas? I worked on it for several days. A few pixels logo show and then it's there. When I try to use the Dell reinstallation DVD Windows 7 Home premium SP1 64-bit, it crashes when is about to display the windows logo. Then I created a partition and marked as 'bootable'. I installed the drive on another computer and used sea tools to erase the disc. The Dell of Dell diagnostics disk utilities & drivers say all right.
